All materials created by 17 Hands Marketing (including copy, ad creative, strategy documents) remain the intellectual property of 17 Hands Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

17 Hands Marketing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we make every effort to ensure results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any client who breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or acts in bad faith.
